We are currently feeding out two Idaho Pasture Pigs as a trial to see if they will be a good fit for us. Idaho Pasture Pigs (IPP's) are a cross of the Kune Kune, old Berkshire, and Duroc pigs. They have a shorter upturned snout to be able to graze better and only root if they are mineral deficient. So far we are pleased with them, next step is the processing to see how they taste.

Then we will decide whether or not to purchase a breeding pair.
