Our Dairy Goats

The Toggenburg, nicknamed Togg, is a breed of milk goat, named after the region in Switzerland, where the breed originated, the Toggenburg valley in the Canton of St. Gallen. It is considered the oldest registered breed.

We started with two and slowly increasing our Toggenburg herd. We enjoy spending time with the goats as each one has their own personality.

We use our Toggenburg milk to make our Goat Milk Soaps and Goat Milk Lotions. We have our Pet Food License in Indiana, so we can sell Raw Goat Milk by the gallon that is "NOT INTENDED FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION."

Milking Hot Chocolate

Milking Hot Chocolate. The first time milking here at home. Now we have stainless steel milking buckets. We have come a long way since this video, we now have a milk machine that we are using.
